• Under the ‘transact’ menu, locate and click the ‘deposit to bank’ offering
• Enter amount
• Enter recipient’s details: Phone number, bank and account number (NUBAN)
• Enter sender’s details: Name, Phone number and Remark
• Click ‘go’ to verify that all entries are correct on the confirmation page
• Click ‘go’ to complete the transaction
• You will be presented with a ‘transaction success’ message (if successful)
• The recipient will receive a credit alert from the bank
