1 | License Invalid | - Ensure the terminal has the right application IP address. If the issue persists, contact your account officer.

2 | Application License Expired | - Confirm that GPRS Sim is active. Switch off the POS for 1 minute and restart. If the same error occurs, contact your account officer.

3 | License Server Unavailable | - Confirm that the terminal configuration parameters are correctly prepped.
- If the issue persists, please replace it with an active Sim.
|
4 | Connection Failed | - Network error. Confirm that GPRS Sim is active.
- Switch off the POS for 1 minute and restart.
- If the same error occurs, contact your account officer.

5 | Receiving Failed, Error Receiving | - Network error. Confirm that GPRS Sim is active.
- Switch off the POS for 1 minute and restart.
- If the same error occurs, contact your account officer.

6 | Socket Failed | - Network error. Confirm that GPRS Sim is active.
- Switch off the POS for 1 minute and restart.
- If the same error occurs, contact your account officer.

7 | Reversing Transaction…Transaction Not Found | - Clear reversal queue severally.
- Delete keys and Power-cycle POS.
- Try transaction again

8 | Routing Error @Keys Exchange | - Kindly contact your account officer
|
9 | Routing Error @Transaction Consummation | - Kindly contact your account officer
|
10 | System Malfunction | - If GPRS Sim is 9Mobile, confirm it is active.
- Kindly contact your account officer

11 | System Unavailable | - Confirm the Sim to be active
- Reboot the POS
|
12 | Missing HTTP Headers/Info | - Contact your account officer to update the terminal on Evolution Server and try again.

13 | Error Unpacking Response | - Kindly contact your account officer
|
14 | No Check Digit Match | - Kindly contact your account officer
|
15 | Printer Not Ready | - Print rolls exhausted
- The print roll not well inserted
- Damaged printer requiring repairs
|
16 | POS Be Attacked | - Hardware issues
- Repair is recommended
|
17 | PED Tampered/PED Unlock | - Hardware issues
- Repair recommended
|
18 | ICC Failure | - Clean the face of your chip card and retry
- If the issue persists, contact your account officer
|
19 | Synchronizing | - Hardware issues
- Repair is recommended
|
20 | Do not Honour | - Card registration issues
- Contact Bankcard issuer
|
21 | Issuer Or Switch Inoperative | - Temporary Downtime on bank server (issuer) or Switch (processor)

22 | Insufficient Funds | - No sufficient funds to carry out the amount entered
|
23 | Invalid account | - The card has not been activated or the wrong account type selected
- Select correct account type
