To onboard employees onto Paycheck Payroll using the sample excel template
Note: In the excel template, you are only required to populate the first sheet “Employee Format”.
The second sheet "Field description" provides a description for the employee data fields.
Populate the columns with your employee data. Make sure that you fill in all the Required fields accordingly
Save your data and then drag your template to the upload box or click"browse" select the XLS file that you just prepared and click Done to start the import process.
Double-check invalid Records and correct the errors on the summary page
Upload and import the rest of the data after correcting the errors.
