One of the common problems with VPN at Paga is the error message that is received while trying

to connect the admin portal using OpenVPN: Paga-primary not found. This happens mostly after

your laptop has installed Windows updates. To resolve this:

1. Right-click on your WiFi icon and select Open Network & Internet Settings

2. Click on Ethernet then Change adapter options

3. On the Network Connections page, you will see all the available network work adapters on

your laptop.

4. Right-click on the adapter with the description TAP-Windows Adapter V9 and rename it to

Paga-primary. VPN will now connect successfully.
