You are allowed time off from work for a specific number of days as annual leave. The number of leave days is as specified in your employment contract and is earned per day as you work. If there are extenuating factors to warrant you proceeding on leave before confirmation, your line manager shall approve such request in consultation with the Human Capital department. You are required to give at least two (2) weeks’ notice to your line manager in respect of such leave. 

Leave shall only be approved and taken at a maximum of ten (10) working days at a time. 

Any unplanned absences will be counted as ‘paid time off’ days and will be deducted from the number of days of your next annual leave.
