All-female employees qualify for maternity leave. The period of maternity leave is one hundred and twenty (120) days, exclusive of annual leave due for the given year. Note that annual leave cannot be used as part and/or maternity leave. You will be entitled to sick leave after the commencement of your maternity leave.
