At a minimum standard, dressing within the work environment should be smart, clean, and professional. All employees should dress in the appropriate manner when representing the Company, whether in or outside of, the office. “Appropriate” for the purpose of this article is defined as, formal shirts and trousers for men and formal shirts, blouses, skirts, trousers, and dresses for women. Fridays are casual dressing days. Jeans and appropriate T-shirts are allowed unless you are going to a client meeting. Shorts/leggings, evening dresses and slippers do not fall under this category.


Please note: The Company reserves the right to request an employee to dress to an appropriate standard for operational reasons and may request employees not dressed to the required standard be excused from work, without pay, to change into appropriate clothing.
