All employees have a responsibility to take proper care of all company property allocated to them. You will be required to bear the costs of replacement or repair if found negligent with safeguarding and care of company property. For example, if the official mobile phone or laptop is stolen from the back seat of an unattended vehicle.
In case of theft, employees are required to make a necessary report to Law enforcement agents and send a written report through their line managers to the head office within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in salary deductions to the value of the missing item.
