All employees are provided with Paga ID cards. Where your ID card has been lost or stolen, you are required to provide a police report and sworn affidavit to that effect. Failure to inform the Company of lost, damaged, or stolen cards and negligence in losing or damaging your ID card, will lead to disciplinary action. Your ID card is to be worn by you at all times during working hours.
