At Paga, email remains our number one channel for communication. Many users receive and send dozens of emails daily and are likely to exhaust their allocated storage sooner or later.  See below some useful tips on how to free up space on your Gmail account.

1. Always empty your trash and spam folders.

2. Delete old emails. Use older_than:2years to search for emails older than 2 years and delete those that you do not need anymore

3. Delete large emails or emails with attachments. Search for has an attachment to see all emails with file attachments. You may combine with larger: 5MB to see all emails larger than 5MB and delete the emails you may not need anymore.

4. Delete Specific files. You can search for specific file types. For example, use filename: mp3 or filename: "mov" to search for audio or video files.
