During or after the course of your employment with Paga, you shall not divulge confidential or other information in connection with the affairs of Paga or of its customers or suppliers to any third party, except in the proper course of assigned duties unless you are required to do so by law. Disclosure in breach of this provision may be deemed to constitute gross misconduct under the Company’s disciplinary procedure and may result in dismissal and/or result in the Company taking legal action against you.
